The Yuanhe Energy 120–480 kW flexible DC charging pile is an innovative solution designed to address the impact of high-power charging on the power grid—or scenarios lacking grid power. The system can replenish power from the DC side of energy storage, deliver DC output for charging, and achieve full DC charging within a short time, thereby improving system efficiency. When paired with a DC-coupled photovoltaic solution, it provides an even more reliable and stable power supply.
The Yuanhe Energy Flexible Energy Fast Charging System (FEFC) is an innovative solution designed to address the impact of high-power charging on the power grid. The system can replenish power from 380V AC substations, deliver DC output for charging, complete full DC charging within a short time, and provide 380V grid-connected output. It features grid-connected charge and discharge, off-grid independent inversion, and off-grid cold start functionality.
It employs square lithium iron phosphate 314Ah cells with a long cycle life and a flexible DC coupling solution featuring a hybrid inverter with redundancy capabilities. The photovoltaic array feeds DC power directly into the DC bus via an MPPT controller, where it is coupled with the energy storage battery system on the DC side, before being converted back to AC power by a centralized hybrid inverter for load use.
