Recently, Yuanhe Energy successfully obtained export reports for the eMetaCube HP2 commercial and industrial energy storage integrated cabinet, including the UN38.3 test report, and on March 26, it completed the factory acceptance inspection for its first overseas commercial and industrial product. The first batch of products will be shipped to New Zealand and will operate in conjunction with supercharging stations in New Zealand, Australia, and other countries, reducing the reliance of fast-charging systems on the power grid.

In the second half of 2023, customers from New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, and other countries visited Yuanhe Energy multiple times and signed overseas orders worth tens of millions with Yuanhe Energy. This time, the New Zealand customer completed factory acceptance testing online, and the first batch of products will be shipped in the coming days. It is expected that in April, this model of product will also be shipped to Japan and other countries. In 2023, Yuanhe Energy had already delivered this product in bulk; the delivery of this overseas project signifies that Yuanhe Energy’s commercial and industrial energy storage products now possess the capability for large-scale international expansion.

Yuanhe Energy’s eMetaCube HP2 integrated commercial and industrial unit is equipped with a self‑developed liquid‑cooled chiller unit and features the following characteristics:

Small footprint: The liquid-cooled unit features a modular design and boasts a compact size.
High energy density: Utilizing a top-mounted liquid cooling unit, it occupies a small footprint and can save more than 20% of floor space.
High integration: The battery, cooling system, control system, and other components are integrated into a single unit, resulting in a compact structure that is easy to install.
Good safety: It is equipped with Pack-level and cluster fire protection modules as standard, and features the Yuanhe Energy EMS controller, which effectively predicts battery operation risks.
1 MWh Commercial and Industrial Project
Yuanhe Energy was founded in May 2022 and is a national high‑tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of energy storage systems. The company’s core team boasts extensive domestic and international experience in energy storage projects, having successfully delivered dozens of frequency modulation projects for thermal power plants in China and spearheaded the delivery of multiple national-level energy storage projects in Hokkaido, Japan, as well as in Thailand and Indonesia.
Yuanhe Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Yuanhe Intelligent Manufacturing, is located in the Yanzhou Economic Development Zone in Shandong. It has already put into operation two Pack production lines, one liquid-cooled unit production line, a 10,000-square-meter AC/DC integrated container, and a DC-side system integration and final assembly workshop, possessing both full-power bidirectional testing capabilities for AC/DC integrated containers and full-power bidirectional testing capabilities on the DC side. Yuanhe Intelligent Manufacturing boasts advanced production equipment and processes, capable of meeting the large‑scale production needs of commercial and industrial integrated units as well as large-scale energy storage projects.
