Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the company’s overall financial strategy, capital structure, and financing plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s business development direction. Responsible for formulating medium- to long-term financial objectives, budgeting systems, and cash management strategies.
2. Conduct capital needs assessments for energy storage projects, design and implement diversified financing solutions—including equity, debt, and leasing arrangements (such as project loans, financial leases, PE/VC investments, etc.). Serve as the primary liaison with banks, investment institutions, and government agencies to secure policy subsidies, tax incentives, and green finance support.
3. Establish and refine a financial accounting system, internal control framework, and risk management system tailored to the company’s actual operations; oversee the preparation and disclosure of financial statements, consolidated financial reports, and key financial metrics. Regularly provide the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee with financial analyses, operational evaluations, and risk alerts.
4. Manage cost control and profitability analysis across the entire value chain of energy storage system R&D, procurement, production, and project delivery, driving cost optimization and value enhancement. Utilize financial modeling to assess the economic viability of different business models—such as grid‑side, customer‑side, and industrial‑side applications—and support strategic decision‑making.
5. Organize internal audits to evaluate financial processes, contractual risks, and project execution risks, while establishing early warning mechanisms.
6. Lead the development of the finance department’s organizational structure, talent cultivation, and performance management initiatives, enhancing team expertise and collaborative efficiency.
7. Maintain strong relationships with banks, investment institutions, auditing firms, regulatory authorities, and other external partners; represent the company in major financial negotiations and communications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in finance, financial engineering, economics, accounting, or related fields are preferred. Candidates holding CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications will be given priority consideration.
2. At least 8 years of work experience in finance, investment, or a related field, including at least 5 years of team management experience; candidates with a background in energy storage, new energy, power generation, or related industries are highly preferred.
3. Have led or deeply participated in diverse financing projects such as equity financing, debt financing, project financing, and financial leasing, with a thorough understanding of relevant processes and compliance requirements; possess successful experience in collaborating with banks, investment institutions, and government agencies.
4. Possess the ability to establish and refine financial accounting and internal control systems; demonstrate strong financial analysis skills, extensive experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring timely information disclosure, and the capacity to deliver clear operational evaluations and risk alerts to senior management.
5. Exhibit exceptional communication, coordination, negotiation, and resource‑integration capabilities, able to effectively engage with both internal and external partners on behalf of the company.
6. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a high level of risk awareness, and unwavering professional ethics; capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking work environment. Travel is required.
