A 24-hour low-cost charging service is operational at the Juneng heavy-duty truck photovoltaic charging station on North Ring Road in Yanzhou, Jining, Shandong Province. Developed by Yuanhe Energy, this intelligent station features an integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging (PV-storage-charging) architecture, combining solar PV generation, battery energy storage, and ultra-fast charging capabilities within a trinity “PV + Storage + Ultra-Charging” innovative framework. This solution surpasses the limitations of conventional charging facilities by providing a comprehensive green energy supply chain for urban freight transportation and industrial-commercial energy replenishment use cases, thereby redefining the paradigm of intelligent energy refueling.
The station features Yuanhe's proprietary C20 all-liquid-cooled energy storage system, which supports both 1000 VDC and 1500 VDC dual voltage platforms. Integrated with the Yuanhe Qianyuan digital energy management platform, the system enables cell-level monitoring accuracy and millisecond-level intelligent dispatching.
The photovoltaic carport and energy storage system are directly coupled to the DC busbar of the charging piles, achieving an energy conversion efficiency exceeding 95%. With a maximum single-gun peak power of 480 kW, the system delivers an 80% state-of-charge (SOC) energy replenishment within 30 minutes.
A key engineering feature of the Yanzhou Juneng charging station is its integration of S-Grid (smart grid strengthening) and F-Grid (flexible interconnection) dual technologies. This architecture supports high-power charging operations without requiring extensive upgrades to the existing power grid.
The station operates 24 charging bays, including 10 dedicated fast-charging bays for heavy-duty trucks. By employing energy storage-based peak shaving and valley filling strategies, the system effectively smooths load fluctuations, reduces stress on the transformer, and ensures stable grid interaction. This design makes the station ideally suited for high-power energy replenishment scenarios such as highway service areas, industrial parks, and logistics hubs.
